1. Commission Policy

 

The standard real estate commission on Koh Samui is 5% of the transaction value.

While some projects may offer slightly higher or lower commissions, we strive to work with developers and property owners who respect the market standard and offer a full 5% commission, ensuring a fair and balanced partnership for all parties

2. Leads Verification

Every cooperation starts with a lead verification.

To avoid duplicate registrations, every client is checked against our CRM before being accepted.

 

Minimum required information:

• Full name

• WhatsApp number (partial masking is acceptable)

3. Referral Cooperation

— 20% Commission for the partner

Simply send us a qualified lead:

• Full name

• WhatsApp number

Once we confirm that the client is not already registered in our CRM, we take full responsibility for the entire sales process, including:

• Consultation

• Property selection

• Viewings

• Negotiations

• Transaction management

Partner commission: 20% of the total deal commission, payable upon successful completion of the deal

4. Co-Brokerage Cooperation

— 50/50 Commission Split

A genuine partnership throughout the entire transaction.

You introduce and actively represent your client while remaining involved in communication and key decision-making.

 

We manage the complete transaction process, including:

• Property search

• Viewings

• Negotiations

• Legal coordination

• Closing

Partner commission: 50% of the total commission, payable upon successful completion of the deal
